We believe in setting our families up for success. Every one of our puppies arrives at their forever home with a curated selection of essentials and documentation to ensure a seamless transition:
- Official Credentials: All applicable registration paperwork (GANA, CKC, ICA, or CDP).
- Health & Wellness: A comprehensive first veterinarian exam, detailed medical records, and microchip registration.
- Safety Net: 30 days of complimentary pet insurance provided by Trupanion.
- Premium Puppy Care: A Pupwell grooming kit and an all-natural "Puppy Tummy" transition pack from Swan Essentials.
- Comforts of Home: A collar, a snuggle puppy and a blanket scented with their mother and littermates to provide comfort during their first few nights.
Seamless Delivery & Transportation
No matter where you are located, we want to help your puppy arrive safely. We are happy to help arrange professional transportation for your new addition. Whether you prefer ground transport or air travel, we offer reliable options for an additional fee to ensure your puppy's journey is as comfortable as possible.

The Reservation Process
To maintain the highest level of care, we accept a limited number of reservations for each litter. To secure your place on our waitlist, we require an approved application and a $500 deposit.
We understand that choosing a companion is a personal decision. If a litter does not produce a puppy of your preferred gender or color, we offer a one-time courtesy to move your reservation to a future litter.
Our Matching Philosophy
Around the six-week mark, we work closely with our families to pair them with the right puppy. By balancing your "wishlist" preferences with our observations of each puppy’s unique personality and temperament, we work towards a harmonious fit for your lifestyle.
Puppy selections can be held in person or via FaceTime for your convenience.
Puppy Price: $4,000 (plus applicable CA sales tax)
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. For your convenience, we offer several secure payment options:

General Health & Initial Wellness
We guarantee that every puppy arrives at your home microchipped, having passed a professional veterinarian examination and received all age-appropriate vaccinations.
- The 5-Day Wellness Window: To activate your warranty, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within five days of arrival. This initial visit ensures that your puppy has transitioned safely and allows your vet to establish a baseline for their care.
Two-Year Long-Term Health Guarantee
We provide a 24-month health guarantee covering hereditary conditions. We are committed to the lifelong health of our line, specifically covering genetic defects related to the heart, hips, elbows, and patellas, as well as any life-threatening genetic issues.
- Reimbursement Policy: Qualified claims are eligible for reimbursement up to 100% of the original purchase price.
- Verification: To ensure accuracy, reimbursements require a second opinion from a qualified veterinarian and proof of surgical expenses. An official OFA rating (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) is also accepted as a definitive second opinion.
Family Companionship & Spay/Neuter Policy
Our puppies are placed exclusively as family companions and are not intended for breeding purposes. To protect the integrity of our bloodlines and the health of the individual dog, we require that:
- Spay/Neuter Agreement: All puppies must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age.
- Warranty Compliance: Please note that breeding your dog or failing to provide proof of spay/neuter by the 12-month milestone will void all health warranties.
