Petite Goldendoodle Female
Born 1/3/25
Expected adult weight ~20lbs
Penny is a lovable bundle of pure joy! She has yet to meet a person, dog or toy that she does adore! She is not shy but has a very strong desire to please people. Positive reinforcement should be used with all dogs but is a must with this little one! With low/moderate energy level and a silky soft low/no shed coat she will make the perfect addition to any family! Because of her smaller size we ask that families with little ones use increased diligence or perhaps consider one of our medium size goldendoodles :)

Yes, you may name the dog as long as the name is approved by us to ensure it aligns with his/her registered name for breeding purposes.
Breeding begins at the second heat cycle. The dog will be bred up to four times, depending on her health and well-being. After an X-ray confirms pregnancy, she will stay with us for whelping and until the puppies are weaned (approximately 8 weeks).
We cover all breeding-related expenses, including progesterone testing, health testing, and whelping care. Routine veterinary visits and emergency care unrelated to breeding are the responsibility of the Guardian Family.
Yes, as long as there are no intact males in your household and you can manage the care and safety of the breeding dog.
Relocation far from our El Cajon , CA base may result in rehoming the dog to a new Guardian Family.
The breeding career typically lasts until the dog is 4–5 years old, depending on her health and how many litters she has. After retirement, she is spayed and becomes your dog permanently.
For routine veterinary care and emergencies not related to breeding, you’ll take the dog to your trusted vet and cover the costs. For breeding-related health concerns, we’ll provide guidance and cover associated costs.
Yes, you’ll need to keep the dog on a leash or in a securely fenced area at all times during her heat cycle. Heat cycles typically last 2–3 weeks, and we’ll provide guidance on what to expect.
You will need to transport the dog to us for breeding-related health tests, progesterone testing, and ultrasounds. This typically requires several trips per heat cycle.
We ask that you add us as an approved contact for any boarding facilities you use. This ensures we can pick up the dog if needed for breeding-related purposes while you’re away.
Yes! We’ll keep you informed about the progress of each litter and share photos and updates during the whelping and weaning period.
Yes, visits are allowed after the puppies are 4 weeks old and can be scheduled on Saturdays. This ensures the puppies are healthy and ready for interaction.
We’ll provide guidance on feeding, care, managing heat cycles, and answer any questions you have throughout the dog’s breeding career. You’ll always have a direct line of communication with us.
If your circumstances change, let us know immediately. We’ll work with you to find the best solution for the dog, which may include rehoming her to another Guardian Family.
